I have been taking Turkey Tail since around March 2025. I have noticed improved gut health and I believe the boost in immunity helped me to recover from a recent nasty cold I had picked up after being at the hospital for a couple weeks with a close family member. I was able to recover from the cold in a very short period of time for what it usually takes me to recover and it did not progress to my chest and lungs like head colds typically do with me. I believe the boost to my immunity helped keep me from getting sicker, especially since I was not getting a lot of rest at the time so I could not stop working to get well. I plan on continuing to use all the tinctures I have been. I am extremely thankful I found them!!
