I was having prolonged pain in my shoulder for a while that was causing me to put heat on it constantly, I started taking the Reishi extract, and I feel it has helped a lot. I no longer am using the heating pad on my shoulder and on some days I still have some minor ache, especially if I have been moving heavy things etc, but nothing like it was. I also recently picked up a nasty head cold after being at the hospital with a close family member for a few weeks. Normally my head colds usually go to my lungs and result in a nasty cough that hangs on, this cold seemed to clear out a lot faster than usual, and never settled in my lungs. I feel I got over that cold quicker because of the tinctures I take from Mushies.
